1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using veio.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. The Service
veio.ai provides AI-powered tools to generate video advertisements, images, audio tracks and voice content from text prompts. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Generated output depends on third-party AI models and may vary in quality, accuracy and suitability for any particular purpose.
3. Accounts
To use most features of the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and current information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Credits & Payments
Generation features consume credits purchased in advance. Credit prices, pack sizes and the number of credits required per generation are shown in the application and may change at any time. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers and are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, depicts minors in a sexual manner, promotes hatred or violence, contains malware, or impersonates real people without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our discretion.
6. User Content & Generated Output
You retain ownership of the prompts and reference materials you submit. To the extent permitted by applicable law and the underlying AI providers, you own the output you generate through the Service and may use it for personal or commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your prompts and the resulting output do not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by veio.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks, logos or other proprietary marks.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that generated content will meet your requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, veio.ai and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which veio.ai is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
